Today’s companies aspiring to build, maintain and improve the competitive edge in contemporary business conditions on the global market, are facing more and more complex challenges. This imposes the need for different knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as the need for the development and implementation of different and innovative approaches to work. According to the latest indicators, soft skills are becoming the key element of advancement in professional careers. Commercial practices show that 52% of the current positions in the labour market require the possession of these skills, and it is expected that by 2020, soft skills will reach the top of the list of the most important skills in a work environment.

In a warm, relaxed and friendly atmosphere of the German Center for Robotics and in cooperation with the German based Freitag Coaching, we are implementing innovative and certified programs, based on the newest approaches in the field of soft skills.

What are soft skills? 

Soft skills is a term used to describe skills of developing healthy sense of self-awareness, the ability to manage and control emotions and reactions, habits, attitudes, work ethic, motivation and personal communication skills. In a corporate environment, the degree to which we develop our soft skills determines our relationship with others and, thus, to a large extent affect our performance in dealing with a variety of business challenges. Soft skills are the skills associated with the building of quality interpersonal relationships, with the ability to work in teams, as well as our improved skills in sales, presentation, facilitation, mentoring and coaching.

Program Soft Skills in Sales allows you to identify and understand one’s own weaknesses in the process of communicating with other colleagues, with customers and clients (at the degree of their own emotional intelligence, the ability to empathic listening and understanding the needs of others, skills of verbal and non-verbal expression, etc.), developing communication skills (by means of interactive exercises, discussions and self-reflection) that will allow you to understand the connections between emotions and work efficiency, building individual approach to the customer/client, acquiring trust between producer-customer/client, and preventing and resolving conflict situations all with the aim of achieving successful business and sales.
